About Living Water Resources
We're neighbors building something for our neighbors, starting in Upper Kittitas County.

Who we are
Community is all of us
Community includes the least and the lost, and the best and the brightest. When we're connected, we all grow stronger. Every person has something to learn from the one next to them, and something to offer in return. A strong, healthy community starts with knowing our neighbors, supporting them, and learning from them.
Our mission
We create opportunities for our community to play, grow, and serve.
Our vision
A community flourishing in opportunities to encounter, engage, and enjoy Jesus.

How we began
It started with a calling to Cle Elum
Our founder, Dave Miller, felt God calling him to build something in Cle Elum. Something big. He met resistance as he shared the vision, until he connected with Will Haag at Mannafest, a dinner church. Will and his wife, Stephanie Haag, helped Dave see how many needs across the Cle Elum area lined up with the vision God had given him. That led to the founding of Living Water Resources and its first board of directors.
We live here
We're not developers passing through. This is our community, our kids, and our friends, so we know what our neighbors need.
Needs first
We start by listening. We identify the real needs in front of us first, then decide how to meet them.
Meeting real needs, starting now
We don't have a building yet, and we're not waiting for one. Here's how Living Water Resources is serving our community today.
Volunteer program
Our volunteers are local neighbors meeting real needs right now. We offer training opportunities to local nonprofits, provide childcare so a moms' Bible study can gather, and lend a hand with repairs at the Senior Center.
Support for local nonprofits
Many local nonprofits are doing important work with limited help. We work alongside them to understand what they need to carry out their missions well, and what we learn shapes our plans.
Youth voices
We're listening to young people through partners like the Teen Shop, so the next generation helps shape the spaces and programs we build.
Whoever believes in me, as Scripture has said, rivers of living water will flow from within them.

The year ahead
Over the next year, we plan to grow our volunteer program, strengthen our partnerships with local nonprofits, and continue planning our first shared spaces for the community to gather, learn, and serve.
Our values
Living water doesn't sit still. It flows out to others.
Everything we do flows from a clear set of core values rooted in Jesus Christ. They shape how we treat one another, how we serve our community, and how we make decisions every day.
Faith
We anchor everything we do in Jesus Christ, trusting Him as the source of our purpose, strength, and hope.
In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight.
Proverbs 3:6 Love
We treat every person we serve (coworker, client, or neighbor) with the same selfless love Christ has shown us.
Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.
John 13:34 Others First
We follow Jesus' example of humble service, putting the needs of those we serve ahead of our own comfort or convenience.
In humility value others above yourselves.
Philippians 2:3 Wholehearted Work
We pursue excellence in all we do, working with diligence and integrity rather than settling for good enough.
Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.
Colossians 3:23 Stewardship
We steward our time, resources, and relationships responsibly and generously, as faithful stewards of what God has entrusted to us.
Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God's grace.
1 Peter 4:10
